Chemical Search International seeks an expert to lead plant operations and engineering at a standalone East Anglia site. You will report to the CEO and guide production, maintenance and improvements during a period of substantial growth.

The role requires a senior chemical engineer with COMAH leadership experience, strong people management, and a track record in batch operations within fine or specialty chemicals; consulting or permanent arrangements are possible depending on circumstances.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of chemical plant operating experience.
• Proven leadership and accountability for cross-functional teams.
• Experience running a COMAH facility with production, engineering and maintenance responsibilities.
• Experience with batch operations in fine or specialty chemicals is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of plant operations and engineering during growth and expansion.
• Champion safety, reliability and continuous improvement across the site.
• Inspire and manage the operations team and engineers to deliver performance targets.
