Job summary

Chemical Search International is seeking a proven manufacturing leader to head all manufacturing activities at a prominent site in the south of the UK, producing high-value monomers and polymers. You will drive the next phase of manufacturing and operational excellence, reporting to the CEO/site director with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience within chemical manufacturing operations handling complex continuous and/or batch processes.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt desirable.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent safety qualification desirable.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, monomer production, polymers or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing teams in a regulated process industry environment.
