Job summary

Terumo BCT Ltd in Larne seeks a Senior Operator, Grade 2, to join our production team. You will supervise production staff, manage daily output targets, monitor quality and ensure all batch records are complete and compliant with GMP.

Responsibilities include organising staffing, reporting rejections, maintaining clean working areas, and ensuring stock reconciliation. The role may require shift work and overtime, with a focus on reliability and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets quality standards and comply with specifications.
• Organise production staffing to meet daily output targets.
• Monitor and report reject product to senior operators and management.
• Ensure batch documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean and tidy working areas and perform area checks.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, manufacturing and health & safety procedures.
• Ensure staff punctuality and proper stock reconciliation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Production Management.
