Dudley Council is transforming how it delivers housing and property services across the borough. We are seeking exceptional Strategic Operational Leads to shape the future of Housing and Property across the borough.

The Operational Manager of Acquisitions, Disposals & New Developments will lead the service for acquisitions, disposals, new-build, option modelling, feasibility studies, and Building Control, reporting to the Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior operational service leadership roles.
• Ability to work flexibly outside normal office hours.
• Experience overseeing housing and property services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage new-build construction, commissioning and handover.
• Conduct option modelling and feasibility studies.
• Ensure Building Control compliance.
