Join RunThrough as a Senior Operations Manager to lead and support the delivery of professional mass-participation running events. Responsibilities include venue management, course design, and maintaining high standards in event preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with venues, councils, traffic management contractors
• Create and update event management plans and risk assessments
• Handle event applications such as road closures
• Lead course setup and pack-down on event days, including cycling support where appropriate
• Support course design, marshal maps, and handle inquiries
• Manage a small team

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Passion for physical activity and running
• Excellent communication and work ethic
• Previous management experience
• Full driving license
