Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Endoscopy & Bowel Cancer Screening (Northern and Eastern services).
This fixed-term role, starting July 5, offers a challenging and varied working environment, collaborating with busy, dynamic services alongside Medical Leads, the Clinical Matron, and the wider MDT.
The Senior Operations Manager will lead service management to ensure high standards and optimal performance across services in the Care Group, focusing on operational performance, finance, workforce, safety, quality, and service development.
Key responsibilities include providing operational leadership, contributing to the Care Group plan, ensuring delivery of patient access targets, and representing services at internal and external meetings. The role may require deputising for the Care Group General Manager and participating in an on-call rota, including out-of-hours site responsibility during major incidents.
Monday - Friday, hours to be confirmed.
