A leading healthcare provider in Devon is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to oversee HR systems and support digital services. The role involves agile leadership, managing supplier standards, and strategic planning for workforce systems.
The Digital Operations Manager is a key role in the One Devon People Digital team, responsible for delivering the Workforce System and supporting wider HR digital services. You will own and oversee the successful management and enhancement of HR systems.

This vacancy is for internal applicants within the Partners of One Devon People Digital. Bank workers are not eligible. Priority will be given to staff with Priority and 'At Risk' status, including NHS At Risk staff across Devon.
