JR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Buckinghamshire to lead day-to-day operations in a growing fire and security business. This office-based role manages scheduling, admin teams, and delivery of service, maintenance and installation work to time and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven operational leadership in fire and security, with strong IT skills, and the ability to coordinate engineers, customers and senior management.

Qualifications

• Must have previous operational experience within fire and security industry.
• Experience managing engineers, service, maintenance and installation operations.
• Strong IT skills and experience with job management, scheduling or CRM systems.
• Confidence coordinating with customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, scheduling and admin teams and coordinate workloads across service, maintenance and installation.
• Ensure jobs are planned and completed within timescales.
• Monitor work in progress and address delays with engineers and project teams.
• Provide information and access requirements to engineers, and manage stock and materials planning.
• Produce reports and updates to senior management.
