Job summary

MJ Health Ltd is recruiting an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their growing team. The role oversees installation projects across Oxford, Reading and surrounding areas, with a predominantly remote working arrangement.

You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, manage budgets and schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strong client relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple Fire & Security projects simultaneously.
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Liaising with clients, internal teams and stakeholders throughout each project.
• Managing project documentation, programmes and reporting.
• Monitoring health & safety compliance across all projects.
• Attending site meetings when required.
• Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges proactively.
