About The Team:

You will be working alongside the Head of Production and another Senior Operations Manager, helping us to continue to put our customers first and go the extra mile in everything we do. Our people are the key to our success, and we want you to be part of this journey.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Running successful shifts across a 24/7 operation
• Leading team members to develop an inclusive performance culture
• Identifying opportunities to implement best practices throughout the team
• Being accountable for performance metrics and their improvement, developing and implementing sustainable practices
• Leading and supporting the implementation of new products
• Workforce resource planning and team development, including succession planning and personal development
• Recruiting and developing staff to excel in their roles
• Promoting a safety-first culture and being an ambassador for H&S
• Driving standards to achieve GMP scores at a site level
• Being financially accountable for key metrics within your areas

Who You Are:

• Ideally from an FMCG background in Production or Logistics Operations Management with experience managing large-scale operations
• Experience with electronic warehouse management systems
• Strong understanding of health and safety in warehouse/production environments
• Knowledge of operational reporting and issue escalation
• Excellent people skills, passionate about results through people, inspiring and motivating teams
• Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable

Location:

HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW

Shifts:

Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat rotating every 3 months, days on either pattern, with rotating days/nights 7-7
