Job summary

Foundever in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic, multi-client Shared Services operation operating 24/7. You will own operational performance across a varied client portfolio, lead a team of Team Managers and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive service excellence, financial performance and continuous improvement.

This permanent, full-time role includes on-site with one day from home per week, and a focus on delivering consistent

Qualifications

Proven track record leading teams in a multi-client or multi-site environment.
Experience delivering WBRs, MBRs and QBRs and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strong ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate into action.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Team Managers to grow leadership capability.
Set clear objectives and performance standards; drive accountability.
Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on engagement and service excellence.
Own day-to-day client relationships and act as trusted operational partner.
Deliver Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and communicate risks and improvements.
Oversee operational and financial performance including budgets and costs.
Plan staffing and resources for a 24/7 multi-client operation.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the operation.
