Job summary

Bis Henderson in the Ipswich area is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a large-scale, 24/7 operation. You will be responsible for all site operations and for a team of 500+ colleagues, driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to navigate complexity, embed discipline and clear processes, and to deliver operational excellence while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Salary: £55,000-£60,000

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a large-scale, 24/7 operation within a fast-paced environment. With responsibility for Operations and managing a Team of 500+ is a high-impact role requiring a natural leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and deliver operational excellence. This is not a \"sit behind the desk\" role - we're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and thrives on being at the heart of the operation.
