Job summary

NSFT is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to provide operational leadership across Great Yarmouth and Waveney locality. You will work with clinical and partner teams to deliver high quality care and improve patient experience.

You will lead, develop teams, embed a culture of learning and accountability, and drive performance across crisis pathways for CYP, adults, and older people, with a focus on equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a mental health operations setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• The Associate Director of Operations will work closely with the Associate Directors of Nursing and Medical Directors to ensure high quality care is delivered within the Locality services and provide professional leadership to operational colleagues across the locality.
• You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence-based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.
