Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for its Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role requires leadership across shifts, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining site standards while coordinating training and compliance.

As Lineage operates 24/7, the position includes occasional late or night shifts to gain visibility across patterns, while driving cost, productivity, and customer service KPIs through effective management of staff and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations.
• Experience with automation or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Experience leading large teams and second-line management.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Aufgaben

• Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments, directing and supporting managers to meet daily targets and uphold site standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards (HACCP) and audit records.
• Promote a safety-first culture and enforce company safety codes of practice.
• Coordinate training, documentation, and compliance records per standards; uphold quality accreditations (CMI, STS, EHO).
• Oversee engineering/maintenance activities with contractors and on-site engineers; prioritise maintenance.
• Manage warehouse budgets, labour scheduling, space, equipment, safety, and sanitation.
