Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a data-driven analyst to join the NAOM Centre of Excellence. You will partner with operational leaders to turn complex data into actionable insights, driving improvements across the business for better member outcomes.

This role offers hybrid working across UK sites, with at least two days per week in Swindon or Bournemouth, and opportunities to influence decisions and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing complex performance data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support business decision-making
• Working knowledge of workforce management tool Active Ops (AOM)
• Strong experience using performance management, operational management or resource planning tools to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements
• Experience creating and using reports, dashboards and data visualisations
• Demonstrable ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through insight, challenge and evidence-based recommendations
• Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives that have enhanced operational performance, efficiency or customer outcomes
