Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a hands-on analytics practitioner to improve customer communications across events and service journeys. You will use data to identify opportunities and evaluate effectiveness, turning insight into measurable actions while working across governance, risk and engineering teams.

This critical role operates in a hybrid model with collaboration across UK offices, focusing on measurable outcomes and robust analytics capabilities for service journeys and communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing analytics using Python and SQL to inform business decisions.
• Experience delivering complex analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing testing, evaluation and QA approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the Service Journey Orchestration capability using data to identify opportunities for timely, relevant customer communications.
• Lead measurement and experimentation with test-and-learn approaches to assess outcomes across journeys.
• Develop scalable analytical solutions with robust governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, security, privacy and architecture teams to meet standards.
• Turn insights into measurable business value and guide investment decisions.
