Nationwide is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team of five analytics specialists. You will combine technical leadership with practical analysis to shape the team's strategy and deliver scalable solutions that improve customer journeys and service outcomes.

Based across the Swindon, London or Glasgow offices with hybrid working, you will mentor colleagues, maintain standards, and ensure governance and risk controls are embedded in analytics work.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience developing and deploying production analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable analytics in a cloud environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
