Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is expanding rapidly, seeking an Ops Associate to manage end-to-end supply chain and cross-border logistics for international market launches. You will translate expansion strategy into executable checklists, oversee inbound flows, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time launches.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in CPG logistics, strong SOP-building skills, and proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, or inventory in CPG/FMCG brands.
• Proven track record building repeatable SOPs and launch checklists.
• Solid understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and retail logistics.
• Experience with cloud ERPs, WMS, and 3PL portals on a daily basis.
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of turning chaos into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound logistics plan for market launches: lead times, shipping, and first stock to 3PLs/retail DCs.
• Translate partner requirements into clear 3PL/freight instructions and verify inbound deliveries.
• Assist importer-of-record, distributor, and accounts with Legal/Regulatory and Finance.
• Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments; manage bookings and customs docs.
• Track milestones, in‑transit inventory, risks, and landed costs; escalate issues with recommendations.
• Manage daily inventory ops, PO processing, goods receipts, and BOM upkeep.
• Maintain 3PL portal accuracy; perform stock investigations and month-end counts.
• Support supplier onboarding with QA paperwork, contracts, and system setups.
• Capture regulatory inputs for packaging and product registrations; develop repeatable templates.

You will own the operational follow-through that keeps our products moving, our inventory accurate, and our launches on schedule. What You Will Do Market & Retail Launch Execution

• Support international and retail launches by owning the inbound logistics plan - lead times, shipping schedules, and getting first stock landed on time into 3PLs and retail DCs
• Translate retail partner requirements (routing guides, labelling, ASNs, case and pallet specs) into clear instructions for our 3PLs and freight partners, and check inbound deliveries meet them
• Support importer-of-record, distributor, and account setups with Legal/Regulatory and Finance.

Logistics & Cross-Border Freight

• Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments, managing bookings, Incoterms, customs documentation, and delivery appointments.
• Track shipment milestones, in-transit inventory, service risks, and landed cost drivers.
• Escalate freight delays, customs blockers, or partner issues with proactive recommendations.

Inventory & Procurement Support

• Manage daily inventory operations: PO processing, goods receipts, BOM upkeep, and offline fulfillment tracking.
• Own 3PL portal accuracy, running stock investigations and month-end count reconciliations.
• Support supplier onboarding by coordinating QA paperwork, contracts, and system setups.

Compliance & Process Playbooks

• Track operational inputs for EPR (packaging), product registrations, and local compliance requirements.
• Turn post-launch learnings into repeatable templates and playbooks for future market expansions.

What You Need to Have

• Operations Experience: 3–6 years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience within CPG, FMCG, or fast‑growing physical consumer brands.
• SOP & Playbook Building: A proven track record of building repeatable SOPs, launch checklists, or operational playbooks from scratch to bring structure to fast‑scaling environments.
• Cross‑Border & Retail Mechanics: Solid understanding of international shipping, customs documentation, Incoterms, HS/commodity code verification, and physical supermarket retail logistics (routing guides, ASNs, pallet specs, delivery windows).
• Systems Proficiency: Experience working daily in cloud ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, Cin7), WMS platforms, and 3PL web portals.
• Meticulous Execution: Exceptional organisational skills—you naturally turn cross‑functional chaos into clean, actionable checklists.

The Nice to Haves

• Experience working with food, beverage, health & wellness, or supplement products subject to strict regulatory oversight and batch/shelf‑life control.
• Hands‑on experience preparing documentation for customs regimes, bonded warehousing, or HMRC audits.
• Familiarity with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) packaging compliance and country‑specific registration processes.

Location & Way of Working

• Role Type: Full-time, UK-based Fully Remote.
• Offsite: We gather in-person once per quarter at our London office for team offsite and strategy alignment.
• Right to Work: Must hold permanent right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
