Job Description:

A high performing, award-winning, global hedge fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading BAU operations for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and traders. With most back-office and operations tasks outsourced, the role involves analytical oversight and managing relationships with external service providers.

Project work is a key component of the role. The analyst will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
