Job Description:

A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

The successful candidate will lead Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the firm’s main strategy, acting as the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and Traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical oversight of external outputs and managing relationships with multiple external service providers.

Project work is a significant component of the role. The analyst will have the opportunity to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, the role involves project managing junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations, with strong academic backgrounds and technical skills.

The compensation package includes a base salary of £85-115k, a potential 50% bonus for top performers, and fully subsidized industry qualifications, breakfast, lunch, and gym membership.
