Job Description:

A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

As the most senior analyst on the team, the hire will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy. The hire will be the main point of contact for the investment team (industry-leading PMs/Traders). With most back-office and operations tasks outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight tasks, managing relationships with external service providers.

Project work is prominent; the hire will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python for major buildout initiatives and will project manage juniors on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, IB, or prop trading operations. Strong academics and technical skills are essential.

The role offers a salary of £85-115k with a 50% bonus potential for top performers. The firm will fully subsidise industry qualifications, and breakfast, lunch, and gym memberships are provided.
