A high-performing, award-winning, global hedge fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading business-as-usual (BAU) activities for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, which includes industry-leading portfolio managers and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves significant analytical and oversight responsibilities, managing relationships with multiple external service providers.

Project work is a key component of the role, offering opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python for major buildout initiatives. The candidate will also project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
