• Strong leadership and teaching abilities to support junior staff and governance.
• Ability to lead cancer pathways, audits and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist oncoplastic breast surgery care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Lead and participate in theatre lists, outpatient clinics, multidisciplinary meetings, and cancer pathway activity.
• Supervise, support, and teach junior medical staff and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Apply research evidence to clinical practice and participate in audit, governance, and continuous service improvement.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, relatives, colleagues, GPs, and partner agencies.
