Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Consultant in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery to join the Royal Berkshire Hospital. The role is part-time (7.5 PA) and focuses on delivering Oncoplastic breast services and timely breast cancer care within a collaborative, supportive team.

Applicants must hold FRCS with broad breast surgery expertise and have Oncoplastic fellowship training for at least 2 years. Leadership in teaching and research is expected as part of service development.

Competenze

• FRCS and GMC registration required.
• On the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining a CCT in Breast Surgery at interview.
• Fellowship training in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery is desirable.
• MS in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery is desirable.
• Understanding of research principles and evidence-based practice.
