Job summary

Dianaduggan is seeking a Prime Brokerage & Client Relationship Management Specialist in London on a 6-month contract, onsite, with standard office hours. You will support onboarding, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, and manage multiple onboarding workstreams to deliver tailored client solutions.

You will liaise with Legal, Credit, Risk & Operations, build relationships across front office and operations, and ensure accurate data and smooth go-live delivery for Prime Brokerage clients.

Qualifications

• Experience within Prime Brokerage Operations, Prime Brokerage New Business or Prime Brokerage Onboarding.
• Previous client relationship management or client-facing experience.
• Experience supporting client onboarding, account opening, implementation or operational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support with client queries and onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding requests with Sales and liaise with Legal, Credit, Risk & Operations
• Liaise with downstream teams on ongoing client onboarding
• Assist in monitoring the progress of internal initiatives and projects
• Help develop and deliver data information across the business
• Develop relationships with downstream teams and front office sales
• Maintain high accuracy while working under pressure
