Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Onboarding Business Lead (KYC/CDD) to act as a trusted risk partner within the Quality & Risk / Centralised Onboarding team. You will engage senior client representatives, advise Partners and Directors on complex risk matters and guide end-to-end onboarding with a strong emphasis on regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Experience delivering client onboarding (including KYC/CDD) within professional services, banking or financial services.
Ability to write and defend risk rationales and make risk-based decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the Client outreach process to gather required CDD information and documentation.
Advise Partners and Directors on complex risk and compliance matters.
Manage complex ownership structures and support enhanced due diligence when required.
Formulate and record risk rationales for CDD/EDD conclusions and manage escalations.
