Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on onboarding experience including KYC and CDD with end-to-end ownership of complex cases.
• Ability to advise and challenge senior stakeholders outside reporting line with diplomacy and clarity.
• Experience with enhanced due diligence in higher-risk structures and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a concierge-style onboarding adviser for complex and high-value cases, owning end-to-end delivery and risk controls.
• Lead client outreach with senior client representatives by phone, video and in writing.
• Interpret and defend risk rationales to Partners or regulators with independent judgement.
• Advise Partners and Directors on evidence strategy, risk-based options, and conflicts; translate lessons into training and guidance.
• Collaborate with onboarding technology and controls to improve processes and governance.
