Responsibilities

• Act as a concierge-style onboarding adviser for the firm's most complex cases, owning the case end-to-end.
• Build early relationships with Partners and Directors to anticipate onboarding needs.
• Lead client outreach with senior client representatives by phone and video, documenting risk.
• Write clear risk rationales for engagement decisions and regulator review.
