Job summary

Hawksford in Jersey seeks a skilled professional to support onboarding, due diligence and company secretarial services across Fund, Private Client and Corporate structures. You will review due diligence, maintain records and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding Fund, Private Client and Corporate structures.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge and risk-based due diligence application.
• Understanding of three-tier test and Jersey disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of Fund, Private Client and Corporate structures, ensuring requirements are identified and progressed.
• Review due diligence for new and existing business throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply AML/KYC, three-tier test and Jersey law to identify beneficiaries and assess documentation.
