Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-value Education School project in Southampton. This site-based role reports regularly to the Southampton office and focuses on safety, quality, and value for money across the full lifecycle.

You'll manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate M&E services, oversee procurement and cost control, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management experience on large construction schemes.
• Strong understanding of M&E coordination and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, cash flow and variations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a high-value education project in Southampton.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and liaison with clients and suppliers.
• Oversee safety, quality and programme compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Prepare and present monthly progress and financial reports.
