Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Vessel Supervisor to oversee offshore vessel-based stimulation operations, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery across offshore environments.

You will supervise operations, coordinate between vessel, platform, and shore teams, and ensure readiness and compliance with HSE and quality procedures. A BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience is required.

• Experience supervising offshore stimulation operations.
• Knowledge of vessel stimulation techniques and vessel-to-platform interface.
• Experience coordinating operational teams in offshore environments.
• Experience supporting operational planning and service delivery.
• BSc in Engineering or equivalent industry-related experience.
