OEG Energy Group seeks a Contract Specialist to support the Subsea Division in Aberdeen and across the UK. You will review and qualify contractual terms, manage risk, and lead negotiations with clients throughout the tender lifecycle.

The role requires robust contract management experience in offshore energy, knowledge of risk allocation, and collaboration with Commercial Managers, Operations and Legal to ensure governance and commercial viability. Aberdeen preference with UK-wide openness.

Formación

• Experience in contract management and negotiation within offshore/subsea energy sectors.
• Ability to review and negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, liabilities, indemnities, warranties and liquidated damages.
• Experience supporting tender processes from ITT to contract award.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review ITT and tender terms to identify commercial, legal and operational risks.
• Prepare qualifications, deviation schedules and risk assessments for tenders.
• Lead negotiations with clients alongside Commercial Representatives.
• Develop negotiation positions balancing risk and commercial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal approval procedures and governance.
