Robert Hurst Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Fit-Out Project Manager for a London-based project. The role requires oversight from mobilisation to completion, coordinating M&E and construction packages, and ensuring delivery on time, safely, and within budget.

Rail sector and CBM experience are highly valued. You will manage subcontractors and stakeholders, monitor programmes, budgets, and quality, and lead RAMS and permit reviews to meet client expectations and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager in office fit-out projects.
• Experience in rail environments and CBM/Construction Build Management.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, permits, programme planning, budgets and QA.
• Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management and delivery of the office fit-out project.
• Mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Develop and monitor project programmes with key milestones.
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Lead meetings and provide regular progress updates to client and senior management.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning and handover processes.
