Job summary

Autolus Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Development to shape, manage and deliver OD initiatives that build capability across individuals, teams and leaders. This hybrid London role partners with HR, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive engagement, culture and change in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

The role requires extensive OD experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to deliver practical interventions while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in an Organisation Development role.
• Experience shaping and delivering training programmes, learning initiatives or facilitated workshops.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Shape, manage and improve OD programmes that support individual, management and leadership capability.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programmes, working closely with senior leaders to identify evolving needs.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to diagnose OD needs and deliver interventions.
• Support change, culture, engagement, recognition and DIB activity across the organisation.
• Take responsibility for identifying, prioritising and responding to learning and development needs at multiple levels.
• Manage assigned OD projects with plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
