Job summary

Whittington Health seeks two motivated Occupational Therapists to join the Experts at Hand team, delivering highly specialist OT services to schools, families and partner agencies. The role focuses on building capacity, promoting inclusion and improving participation for children and young people, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and reporting outcomes.

You will work with the EaH team to provide Universal, Targeted and Targeted Plus support, including training, coaching and system-wide

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Occupational Therapy expertise within the Experts at Hand Programme in a consultative capacity with schools, families and partner agencies to promote inclusion and improve participation for children and young people.
• Deliver support at universal, targeted and targeted-plus levels to empower educational settings through advice, training, coaching and system-wide development activities.
• Evaluate activities and outcomes and report on them.
• Support workforce development, service improvement and strategic inclusion priorities across the borough with evidence-based OT practice.
