We are seeking two highly motivated, dynamic and forward thinking Occupational Therapists to join our newly formed Experts at Hand (EaH) team. The successful applicants will provide highly specialist Occupational Therapy expertise within the Experts at Hand Programme, working collaboratively in a consultative capacity with schools, families and partner agencies to build capacity, promote inclusion and improve participation outcomes for children and young people.
We offer excellent training opportunities with a strong emphasis on individual performance appraisal and supervision. External training is also fully supported and encouraged.

The post holders will work together with an OT assistant within the Experts at Hand team, delivering support at a Universal, Targeted and Targeted Plus level to empower educational settings through advice, training, coaching and system-wide development activities. The post holders will also be responsible for evaluating activities and outcomes, as well as reporting on them.
Whittington Health serves a richly diverse population and works hard to ensure that all our services are fair and equally accessible to everyone. Nowhere is this more obvious than in the way we look after our staff. We aim to employ a workforce which is as representative as possible of this population, so we are open to the value of differences in age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, race, sexual orientation, and religion or belief. The Trust believes that as a public sector organisation we have an obligation to have recruitment, training, promotion and other formal employment policies and procedures that are sensitive to these differences. We think that by doing so, we are better able to treat our patients as well as being a better place to work.
