Job summary

Whittington Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the mainstream therapies team in Islington. You will support school-age children with autism and a range of developmental needs, delivering OT assessments and interventions across schools, clinics, and home settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC Registration.
• Evidence of CPD and attendance at relevant post graduate courses/training e.g. CO-OP, Zones of Regulation, Coaching.
• Member of British Association of Occupational Therapists

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality paediatric occupational therapy to children attending mainstream schools in Islington.
• Deliver assessment and intervention in clinic settings and support families, carers and school staff.
• Lead and supervise junior staff and students when required and contribute to EHCP reports and reviews.
• Develop and maintain clinical pathways, audits and service improvements within the team
