Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Hub, working across specialist schools, nurseries and colleges in West London. You will lead delegated management tasks, supervise staff, and deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions for autistic children and young people, or adults with related needs.

You will implement a holistic therapeutic approach, write reports, and provide information and training to staff and agencies while maintaining

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapist degree and HCPC registration.
• Experience in educational settings with the specific client group.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and provide CPD for staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegated management tasks including supervisions and appraisals.
• Deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions for autistic individuals.
• Prepare reports and provide staff training and liaison with agencies.
