Outcomes First Group is recruiting a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist for Orchard Manor School in Norfolk. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to students, in collaboration with an education team, within OFG’s standard ways of working.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, term time flexibility, a £2,000 CPD training allowance after probation, and a strong multidisciplinary network across OFG sites.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• HCPC registered and RCOT member.
• Experience in LD, SEMH or neurodivergence.
• Enhanced knowledge of OT theory and practice.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and service improvement.
• Experience communicating with families and carers.
• Knowledge of legislation affecting clinical practice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to students in an education setting.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and service development.
• Travel as required within the role.
