Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist in London, offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, permanent, term time only.

Join our Clinical Hub in West London, working with schools, nurseries and colleges to lead delegated management, deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for autistic learners and other needs, and provide staff training within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Recognised and relevant Occupational Therapist degree.
• HCPC registration valid and up to date.
• Experience as a Therapist in educational settings with client group.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to communicate complex information to clients, carers and professionals.
• Experience in supervising CPD and appraisals.
• Ability to lead within a multidisciplinary team.
• Specialist knowledge of OT assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegated management responsibilities such as supervisions, appraisals and audits.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for autistic children, young people or adults with related needs in educational settings.
• Provide staff training and information to staff, commissioners and other agencies.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and ensure children are heard and involved.
• Collaborate as part of multidisciplinary clinical teams.
