OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid, full- or part-time permanent position. The role combines client-site work in Didcot two days weekly with up to three days from home, supported by admin staff.

Responsibilities include case management, health surveillance, fitness-to-work assessments, and health and wellbeing checks. Benefits include generous leave, pension, and health schemes.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC registered nurse.
• Experience in Occupational Health case management and medicals.
• Proficient IT skills and reporting ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to client sites, Didcot 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupational health cases with professional conduct.
• Conduct health surveillance and wellbeing checks.
• Perform fitness-for-work assessments.
• Deliver health and wellbeing checks to clients.

OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full or Part-Time Permanent role. This exciting hybrid post will see you both Client Site based in Didcot 2 days per week, where you will have dedicated admin support, as well as having the opportunity for upto 3 days working from home

The Role:

• Case Management, appointments conducted in person by telephone and via video call.
• Health Surveillance
• Fitness to Work Assessments
• Health and Wellbeing Checks

Required Skills:

• An NMC Registered Nurse
• Previously experienced in Occupational Health Case Management and Medicals.
• IT Literate
• An excellent communicator with skills in both written and verbal communication, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and report writing abilities
• Able to attend the client sites in Didcot 2 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:

• A competitive salary £40-45,000 PA Dependant on Experience (Pro-Rata for Part-Time)
