Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with SCPHN qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years Occupational Health nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audit.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers.
• Manage referrals and case management.
• Lead clinical audits, governance and quality improvement activities.
• Support SEQOHS accreditation and maintain clinical standards.
• Develop and review OH policies, procedures and clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.

Our Client based in West London is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team.

The role is full or part time, Monday-Friday, 2-5 days per week with flexible working available.

Band 7 salary: £58,133-£65,261

The role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% service improvement/quality assurance, providing an excellent balance of hands-on clinical work and professional development.

The Job Role Includes:
