OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA) to join a well-established Occupational Health service covering London and Essex. Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Health Advisor or Senior Occupational Health Advisor.
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience delivering Occupational Health case management.
• Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently across onsite, clinic-based and remote settings.
• Experience liaising with HR and Health & Safety professionals would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Occupational Health case management assessments, both remotely and onsite.
• Manage health surveillance escalations and provide appropriate clinical advice.
• Conduct telephone and online pre-placement health assessments.
• Provide clinical governance support and contribute to service quality.
• Undertake employee wellbeing assessments.
• Attend meetings with HR and Health & Safety teams.
• Provide Occupational Health services across London clinics and an Essex-based site.
• Produce clear, professional Occupational Health reports and recommendations.

Summary

OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA) to join a well-established Occupational Health service covering London and Essex.
