Job summary

Pharmacyupdate in West London is seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join its supportive Occupational Health team. The role can be full or part-time, Monday to Friday, 2-5 days per week with flexible working.

Band 7 salary is 58,133 to 65,261 per year. The role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% service improvement/quality assurance, offering hands-on clinical work with governance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with NMC.
• SCPHN Part 3 required by NMC.
• 3+ years of Occupational Health nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers
• Management referrals and case management
• Clinical audit, governance and quality improvement
• Supporting SEQOHS accreditation and maintaining clinical standards
• Developing and reviewing OH policies, procedures and clinical guidelines
• Contributing to service development and continuous improvement
