Job summary

Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for our Hemel Hempstead-based client. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working split between on-site and home.

You will join a friendly, supportive Occupational Health team. Key duties include case management and referrals, health surveillance, health promotion, reviewing referrals and follow-ups, and supporting the wider service.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC registered nurse.
• Previous Occupational Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case management and referrals within the OH service.
• Health surveillance activities for employees.
• Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
• Reviewing referrals and conducting follow-ups.
• Support the wider Occupational Health team and services.
