Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for a 60-bed service in Fareham, Hampshire. The role carries a salary of £65,000–£70,000 with bonus potential and requires strong leadership in a dementia/elderly care setting.

You will be supported by a quality team to achieve goals, oversee staff recruitment and development, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. A PIN is not required but senior management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse preferred or experience managing a large nursing home
• Turnaround experience / good or outstanding CQC inspections
• Strong leadership and management capabilities in healthcare settings
• Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
