Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for a 60-bed service in Fareham, Hampshire. The role carries a salary of £65,000–£70,000 with bonus potential and requires strong leadership in a dementia/elderly care setting.

You will be supported by a quality team to achieve goals, oversee staff recruitment and development, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. A PIN is not required but senior management experience is essential.

Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 60 bed service. You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals! Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a large nursing home!
