Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take overall responsibility for a well-established care home in Fareham, Hampshire. Location is Fareham with good links to surrounding towns and commutable options. Salary circa £80k depending on experience.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality person-centred care and drive improvements to maintain a Good or Outstanding CQC rating. Prior experience in a Registered Manager role is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Home Manager or Nursing Home Manager.
• Proven experience managing a service rated Good or Outstanding by CQC.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing, developing and motivating care teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, audits and risk management.
• Genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
