Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to step into an established service in the United Kingdom. You will provide confident, consistent leadership from the outset, oversee CQC compliance, governance, staffing, occupancy and financial performance, and drive high-quality care for residents.

The role requires strong operational management with a genuine focus on residents and the care team; ideally you are RGN or RMN, or an exceptional non-nurse with Level 5 Health & Social Care.

• Proven track record in CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Nursing Home Manager

Up to £65,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

40 Hours per Week

This is a role for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who can step into an established service, quickly understand what it needs and provide confident, consistent leadership from the outset.

Set in a beautiful location, the home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults. There is a strong support structure around the service, but the home needs a Manager who can take genuine ownership of its day-to-day performance and provide the stability and direction needed for the long term.

Ideally, you’ll be RGN or RMN qualified, although an exceptional non-nurse Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and a strong track record of successfully managing a nursing home will also be considered.

We’re looking for someone who understands the full responsibility of running a nursing service – from CQC, compliance and governance to staffing, occupancy and financial performance – and who can balance strong operational management with a genuine focus on residents and quality of care.
