Job summary
South Coast Nursing Homes, based in Worthing, is seeking a Home Manager for our dementia-focused Berkeley Lodge, with 40 hours per week and on-site duties. You will report to the Regional Operations Director and lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
The role requires an NMC registered adult nurse with CQC Registered Manager experience in nursing/dementia care for the elderly, and strong leadership to drive quality, budget adherence and service
Qualifications
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN/RMN) is essential.
- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager in Nursing/Dementia care for the elderly.
- Strong leadership to motivate, lead and support staff.
- Solid knowledge of CQC standards and current legislation for nursing homes.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire service as registered manager.
- Lead and manage the home operation with your management team.
- Ensure highest standards of care, compliance, hospitality and business performance.
- Provide leadership, strategic direction and on-call availability as required.
